THE SYDNEY HOOKERS BOXING CLUB INCORPORATED (referred to as ‘The Sydney Hookers’, ’Sydney Hookers’, ‘Club’ ‘we’ or ‘us’) includes THE SYDNEY HOOKERS BOXING CLUB INCORPORATED (ABN 14 757 755 158)

‘You’, ‘Your’ or ‘Member’ refers to the name in which bookings or membership have been created, which at times may differ to the party paying for the membership, and includes the parent or guardian of the Member if the Member is under 18 years.​

As a condition of using The Sydney Hookers Boxing Club Incorporated website at thesydneyhookers.com.au (at times thesydneyhookers.com) you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. This agreement is between you and The Sydney Hookers trading as The Sydney Hookers Boxing Club (ABN 14 757 755 158).

1. Website

1.2 Personal Data

We collect your personal information when you make a class booking or an order with us. Our Privacy Policy provides details of how we collect and use your personal information and how you can access your personal information or raise a complaint about the management of your personal information.

1.3 Class Prices

While every attempt is made to ensure the integrity of our class times and prices and that they are accurate, there may be instances where incorrect information is inadvertently advertised or displayed whether on our own website or through a third party booking tool.

As soon as such an error has been identified, The Sydney Hookers will rectify this error as quickly as possible. Information is also subject to change without notice.

1.4 Product and Class Availability

In the case of an order being received and product is then found to be unavailable, The Sydney Hookers will either;

1. Contact you and offer you a replacement product at a similar price and quality or,
2. Offer you a full refund.

In the case of an incorrect price being advertised or an incorrect image being displayed, The Sydney Hookers may decline or cancel any orders placed. If your credit card was charged and the order was cancelled by us, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to you.

1.5 Safety and Fraud 

Due to credit card fraud attempts, payment for some high value sales may not be accepted, or will be flagged for review. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and work to resolve payment.

You must notify us  if you are or become aware that there is or has been an unauthorised use of your login (password or account), or any other security breach relating to your account, including making sanctioned payments via the website.

If you are contacted by The Sydney Hookers in relation to your account or account details please get in touch with us directly if you are unsure if this is a legitimate request. We will never request your password over the phone or via email.

1.6 Account Cancellation

If you violate any of the terms agreed in this Policy, Privacy Policy or the social rules of the club, we reserve the right to cancel your online account and suspend any future bookings. The Sydney Hookers will refund the cost of upcoming classes for persons cancelled or removed from the club due to a violation of Club terms on a case by case basis. 

1.7 Image Use
At times we will use footage from our classes and events, including The Sydney Mardis Gras parade and rehearsals on our website. If you wish for your image to not be included on our website, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove your content from our platforms, where possible.
